Is there a setup fee?

No way! None of our pricing plans require a setup fee to get started.

How does the 30-day trial work?

First you create an account, and then you get immediate access to every single aspect of Store Vantage for 30 days. You don't need to enter a credit card, and it's 100% obligation-free. Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No. All you need to start a 30-day free trial is a valid email address. Our trials are completely obligation free.

What happens when the trial ends?

To keep using Store Vantage at the end of your trial, you just select the appropriate plan type based on the number of customers you have in the system, and enter your credit card details for monthly or annual billing.

How do you bill me?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. You pay by credit card through our site.

How long are your contracts?

We don't have any contracts. If you plan is month to month, you can start or stop using Store Vantage anytime. If you are on an annual plan, you simply decide what to do at the end of your year.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can change your plan anytime as your number of customers changes over time.

Do my deleted customers count?

Don't worry - We don't count deleted customers when determining your pricing tier.
