I was a little worried after last time, my dogs nails got cut too short and had a little bleeding. Coming into this apt he was very timid and didn’t want to go in since the last experience (usually very happy and unafraid to go in). They helped escort him to the back with love and patience. Picked up up post apt and he was happy, clean, his undercoat that had been shedding was clear, and his nails perfectly intact. He was a happy dog and the people were as lovely as always! Will continue to come back time after time. Hopefully he shed some of his fear this time around and can go back to being excited to visit!

The grooming was great! The only problem was that when Murphy was done they didn't call my friend at the number I left to call when he was finished, they called me and I was at work and didn't see that he was done for about an hour. I finally saw that you called and contacted my friend to come and get him.
