Although Maggie is always nervous when she goes to a place where someone will "mess with her" - HA!, i.e., the groomer, the vet, etc. we know she's in good hands and always comes away looking beautiful. She seems very relaxed when we return and this reassures us that she's safe. Thanks Jean - we really appreciate the work you do. Edie & Dave.

If there was 6 stars I'd rate the service we've received as even better. My Heidi and I are so happy to be privileged to receive grooming care by Jean. She is so talented, truly unique and special to us! Rare find indeed.

As always I was very happy with the way my little Chloe looked after her visit with Jean. It always amazes me how many people (male & female) comment on how pretty Chloe looks and as people drive past us in their cars, I'm aware of them saying things like "Oh look" and point and smile at Chloe. Good job, well done, Jean.

Hi Jean, just a quick note to let you know that Sophie does look good except there was a big space in the hair on one ear and I noticed that there was a chunk cut out. Maybe she moved her head while you were trimming. Thanks Mary
